Pelvic floor treatment plans will vary based on your initial assessment and goals, and may include instruction in some of the following areas:

  • Contraction and relaxation techniques
  • Pelvic pain
  • Prenatal and postpartum changes
  • Myofascial and trigger point techniques
  • Healthy voiding habits, bladder health, retraining, lifestyle changes to reduce symptoms
  • Biofeedback training

Breast care treatment plans can include assessment and treatment in the following areas:

  • Post-surgical fitting for mastectomy and lumpectomy patients, including prostheses, bras, and lymphedema sleeves
  • Range of motion, strength, flexibility
  • Scar tissue management
  • Post-surgical breast care education
  • Lymphedema treatment and education
