Dr. Carl L. Smith is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine. He completed residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Dr. Smith is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is also board certified in Addiction Medicine. His areas of interest include acupuncture, addiction medicine, musculoskeletal disorders, pain management and botulinum injections for spasticity management. Dr. Smith has been in practice since 1992.

Dr. Smith enjoys boating and ballroom dancing in his spare time.
