Rebecca is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition Science and a minor in Business Administration. She completed her dietetic internship through Meredith College in Raleigh, NC.  She is commissioned as a Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Licensed Dietitian and Nutritionist within the state of North Carolina.
